Right to Withdraw / Right of Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel the prchase agreement for vouchers within fourteen days without providing a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer received the voucher.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Nationalparkzentrum GmbH, Gerlosstraße 15, 5730 Mittersill, Austria, of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done, for example, by mail or email. The statement must include the customer’s name, address, and, if available, telephone number.

The customer may use the sample cancellation form below for this purpose, but this is not required. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If the customer cancels this contract, Nationalparkzentrum GmbH must refund all payments it has received from the customer without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which Nationalparkzentrum GmbH received notice of the rescission of this contract.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise specifically agreed. The customer will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If the voucher or ticket contains a unique code, no return is necessary. Once the cancellation is complete, Nationalparkzentrum GmbH will invalidate the code in question. The voucher or ticket may no longer be used after that and must be destroyed by the customer.

If the voucher or ticket has already been redeemed in whole or in part, the right of withdrawal may be excluded to that extent, or a refund may be issued only for the portion of the value that has not been redeemed.

In the case of merchandise, the customer must return or deliver the received goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which the customer notified Nationalparkzentrum GmbH of the cancellation, to the following address:

The deadline is met if the customer ships the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Nationalparkzentrum GmbH may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The customer is liable for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss is attributable to handling that is not necessary for inspecting the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
